Previously, the client utilized a standard 3000W hub motor power kit. However, local riders demanded superior acceleration, stable continuous power delivery, and adjustable performance—requirements that traditional kits, often prone to overheating and lacking tuning flexibility, failed to meet, particularly regarding heavy-load hill climbing, high-speed cruising, and off-road endurance. Following extensive field testing, the client confirmed the excellent compatibility between the QS138 70H V3 mid-drive motor (with reduction gear) and the Fardriver 72340 programmable sine-wave controller, subsequently placing continuous bulk orders to fully replace their original powertrain solution.

QS138 70H V3 3000W 中置电机采用高品质 70H 磁钢、V 型转子结构以及 1:2.37 行星减速齿轮箱。其最大扭矩可达 98 N·m，持续输出功率为 3000 W，峰值功率高达 11 kW，能量效率最高可达 94%。该电机能够在 -20°C 至 80°C 的宽温度范围内稳定运行，相比传统轮毂电机，动力输出更加平顺，灵活性更强。它广泛应用于城市电动摩托车、爬坡、重载货物运输以及电动全地形车和越野卡丁车的改装等场景。其高效散热设计支持重载下的长时间运行，有效降低了客户的售后故障率。

Fardriver 72340控制器具备IP67防水等级和压铸铝散热外壳，并配备过流、过压、欠压、过热、电机堵转及短路等全面保护机制。在长途高速骑行和重载爬坡过程中，它能保持稳定的功率输出，有效降低热降频和电机烧毁等风险。该控制器体积小巧，即插即用，兼容大多数主流电动摩托车车架和中置电机改装方案，显著提升了客户的改装效率。
